All students on Write About are managed by a Teacher. Teachers can have up to 250 students. (Want to manage accounts as a School, instead?)
Options for Registering Student Accounts Manually:
- By the Teacher (included during teacher registration OR at any time from your Manage Students area)
- First, visit the Students tab and then choose "Add Student"
- Then, choose the option you'd prefer to manually register students (or to have students register themselves)
- If you choose "I want to add my students manually" you can manually add students one at a time. Each students requires a first name, unique username, and a password. Last names are optional (or you can simply place an initial)
- If you choose the option "I want them to register with a username and password" then:
- Student registers for a student account using your teacher code
- Student creates a Username and Password
- You can also add students in bulk using a CSV file (Download this sample CSV file that you can customize, save and use for your import.)
